Conflict of Terms: In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and the Advertising Terms, the Advertising Terms shall prevail regarding all financial and subscription-based matters.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Rock Lincoln, LLC, its members, and employees shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of Find Boat Services, your reliance on its informational content, or your engagement with any merchant found through this directory. This includes, but is not limited to:

The content on this Site, including our State Guides, Captain’s Tips, the Find Boat Services name and logo, and our proprietary database of 3,290+ listings, are the intellectual property of Rock Lincoln, LLC.

Protection: You may not scrape, crawl, copy, or redistribute our directory data or editorial content for commercial purposes or to build a competing database without the express written consent of Rock Lincoln, LLC. Unauthorized use of our data or content may result in legal action.

7. User Conduct & Reviews

Users agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Harassing merchants or Company personnel.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kane County, Illinois.
